Production & Order Management

All mass production orders are based on Build-to-Order. Once the client places a formal order the following steps are taken:

    • Order Acknowledgment / Confirmation - Confirmation that the order is booked and/or received
    • Order Processing and manufacturing of the products which included IQC, Dupro and QC, shipment and transportation of the goods
    • Invoicing / Billing - The presentment of the commercial invoice / bill to the customer
    • Delivery - The delivery of the goods
    • Shipment - The shipment to the consignee / customer
    • Settlement - The payment of the charges for goods / services / delivery

Quality Assurance (QA) process

There are many forms of QA processes, of varying scope and depth. The application of a particular process is often customized to the production process.
A typical process may include:
• test of previous articles
• plan to improve
• design to include improvements and requirements
• manufacture with improvements
• review new item and improvements
• test of the new item

Quality control, or QC for short, is a process by which we review the quality of all factors involved in production. This approach places an emphasis on three aspects. We apply random sampling based on MIL STD 105.
1. Elements such as controls, job management, defined and well managed processes, performance and integrity criteria, and identification of records
2. Competence, such as knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications
3. Personnel integrity, confidence, organizational culture, motivation, team spirit, and quality relationships.
